No - we are committed to maintaining girls-only competition options, so there is no requirement for girls to play against boys.
For those who would like the opportunity to play in mixed competition, this is something we can also look to offer, provided there are enough players interested in doing the same.
-
Our focus right now is on female athletes, but we plan to expand to include boys’ teams in the future. This will also make things more convenient for families with both boys and girls who want to play.

For now, existing Pink Devils players can continue wearing their existing uniforms for games. New players who don’t yet have a uniform will be provided with bibs until the new Daredevils uniforms are ready. In the meantime, please wear white or pink tops and shorts with no pockets for training and games.
We’re excited to share that our new Daredevils branded uniforms are on the way and will be available to order in November. The expected lead time is approximately three weeks from the date of order.
We’ll let all families know as soon as orders open.
-
The cost to play with the Daredevils Academy is $420 per season. This includes 15 games each season, a dedicated coach per team, and a weekly academy-level training session. Uniforms are an additional cost.
In addition, there is a mandatory fee that all players must pay directly to Basketball Australia to cover insurance. This is approximately $34.47 per year.
